Acceptance of Terms

By taking any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy:

  • Visiting or browsing the MEP Business Growth website
  • Clicking on or interacting with any MEP Business Growth advertisement on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or any other platform
  • Submitting your details through any form on our website
  • Booking or attending a paid consultation call
  • Joining our WhatsApp group or free webinar
  • Enrolling in or paying for any MEP Business Growth programme or service

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers.

Age Requirement: By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are intended exclusively for business owners, directors, partners, and decision-makers of MEP contracting businesses. If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Nature of Services

MEP Business Growth offers the following services:

Service 01 Margin Audit Consultation Call
A paid 1-on-1 session (currently priced at ₹99) for project financial review and system suitability assessment.
Service 02 Free Webinar
An educational group session introducing the VECO Control Architecture framework to MEP contracting businesses.
Service 03 VECO Implementation Programme
A structured 90-day project control implementation programme for eligible MEP contractors, available post-audit.
Service 04 Educational Content
Articles, guides, social media content, and other educational resources related to MEP project financial management.

What These Services Are NOT: Our services do not constitute and must not be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, accounting services, tax planning, legal advice, or any form of regulated professional advisory service. Nothing in our content, consultations, programme materials, or advertising constitutes a guarantee of income, revenue, profit, margin improvement, or any specific business outcome.

Section 04

Paid Consultation Call — ₹99

The MEP Business Growth Margin Audit Call is a paid consultation session priced at ₹99 per session (subject to change at our discretion). By booking and paying for this session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Purpose: The session is a project financial review and system suitability assessment. It is not a financial advisory session, not a guaranteed solution to any business problem, and does not constitute enrolment into any paid programme.
  • Duration: Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. The exact duration may vary based on the complexity of discussion.
  • Preparation: You are encouraged but not required to bring details about your active projects. The session is conversational and structured around your current business context.
  • No Commitment: Attending the audit call does not obligate you to enrol in any further programme or purchase any additional service. Any follow-up offering is entirely at your discretion.
  • Session Conduct: You agree to engage professionally and respectfully during the call. MEP Business Growth reserves the right to terminate a session if conduct is inappropriate or abusive.
  • Recording: Sessions may be recorded by MEP Business Growth for quality assurance and internal review purposes. You will be informed at the start of the session if recording takes place.
  • Introductory Pricing: The ₹99 price is an introductory promotional rate. The original rate was ₹1,999. MEP Business Growth reserves the right to revert to the standard price at any time without prior notice to prospective customers.

No Guarantee of Results

This section constitutes a material disclosure required under Meta Advertising Policies, Google Ads Policies, and applicable Indian consumer protection law.

MEP Business Growth makes absolutely no guarantee, representation, or warranty — express or implied — that your participation in any of our services, programmes, or consultations will result in any specific business outcome, revenue increase, margin improvement, cost saving, project result, or financial gain of any kind.

All financial figures, percentages, case study outcomes, and examples referenced on our website, in our advertisements, in our webinars, or in any other communication are:

  • Hypothetical illustrations provided for educational purposes only
  • Not representations of typical, average, or expected results
  • Not guarantees of what you will or can achieve
  • Based on specific individual circumstances that may not apply to your business

Actual results from implementing any framework, system, or advice depend entirely on:

  • The nature, scale, and structure of your specific projects and business
  • The quality and consistency of your team's implementation
  • Your existing business processes, client relationships, and project types
  • Market conditions, economic factors, and circumstances entirely outside our control
  • The time, effort, and discipline you personally invest in the process

Testimonials and case references shared in our content or advertising reflect individual experiences of specific contractors and do not represent what you should expect. MEP Business Growth runs paid advertising campaigns on the following platforms:

6.1 Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

Our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram are clearly marked as "Sponsored" per Meta's requirements. By clicking on our ads, you may be directed to our landing page where tracking technologies (including the Meta Pixel) may collect data about your interaction.   • All claims made in our Facebook and Instagram advertising comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, specifically including the prohibition on misleading financial claims and income guarantees.
  • Any financial figures in advertisements are illustrative examples and are accompanied by appropriate disclaimers.
  • We do not make "get rich quick" claims or guarantee income in our advertising.
  • Our ads target adults aged 18 and above who are business owners or decision-makers.

6.2 Google Ads

Our advertisements on Google Search and Display Network comply with Google's Advertising Policies, including requirements for clear and accurate representations of our services.

  • All landing pages linked from Google Ads contain complete, accurate information about our services, pricing, and terms.
  • Our advertising does not make exaggerated claims about results or outcomes.
  • We maintain a functional, compliant landing page that accurately represents our services.
  • Our Privacy Policy, accessible from all landing pages, discloses the use of Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking tags.

Sponsored Content Acknowledgement: When you see MEP Business Growth content marked as "Sponsored" on any social media or search platform, this indicates paid advertising. We are fully responsible for the content of our advertisements and all commitments made therein are governed by these Terms.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content published by MEP Business Growth — including but not limited to website content, advertising creatives, webinar recordings, programme materials, frameworks (including the VECO Control Architecture), worksheets, templates, guides, case studies, images, logos, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of MEP Business Growth.

7.1 What You May Do

  • Access and view our website content for your own personal or business reference.
  • Share links to our publicly published content (website pages) on social media or with colleagues.
  • Use frameworks and systems taught in our programmes for implementing improvements within your own business.

7.2 What You May Not Do

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any of our programme materials, frameworks, or proprietary systems.
  • Use our brand name, logo, or any proprietary material in your own marketing, advertising, or business collateral without our express written consent.
  • Create derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks or methodologies without authorisation.
  • Share programme materials, recordings, or resources with individuals who have not enrolled in the relevant programme.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by MEP Business Growth.

Section 08

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using our website, attending our webinars or calls, or participating in any MEP Business Growth service, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and lawfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during booking, registration, or consultation.
  • Abuse: Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward our team, consultants, or other participants.
  • Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting our webinars, calls, or online services.
  • Scraping: Using automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from our website.
  • Impersonation: Falsely claiming to represent MEP Business Growth or impersonating another person or entity.
  • Illegal Activity: Using our services in connection with any illegal activity under Indian law or applicable international law.
  • Unauthorised Sharing: Sharing paid programme credentials, materials, or access with individuals who have not paid for access.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Reproducing or commercialising our methodologies, frameworks, or materials without prior written permission.

MEP Business Growth reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to any service and take appropriate legal action if prohibited conduct is identified.

Payment & Refund Policy

9.1 Payment

All payments for MEP Business Growth services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate.

9.2 Consultation Call — Refund Policy

9.3 Programme Fees — Refund Policy

Refund terms for any paid programme (beyond the initial consultation call) will be specified in the programme agreement provided at the time of enrolment. General principles:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@mepbusinessgrowth.com within the refund window specified in your programme agreement.
  • Refunds will not be issued after the programme has commenced and materials have been accessed, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 7–14 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a payment dispute, please contact us at support@mepbusinessgrowth.com within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

Section 10

Programme Enrolment & Delivery

Enrolment in the MEP Business Growth implementation programme (if applicable following your audit call) is subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Programme access is offered at our sole discretion based on the outcome of the audit call and assessment of fit with our system.
  • Availability: We work with a limited number of contractors at any given time to ensure quality of delivery. Enrolment is not guaranteed simply by completing the audit call or expressing interest.
  • Programme Agreement: Enrolment in any paid programme requires acceptance of a separate programme agreement which will contain specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules.
  • Your Obligations: Successful implementation depends significantly on your active participation, consistent effort, and honest communication with our team. We cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from your failure to implement recommended structures or to participate actively.
  • Content Access: Programme materials, frameworks, and recordings are provided for your use only within the scope of the programme and must not be shared, republished, or commercialised.
Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEP Business Growth, its founder, employees, consultants, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services
  • Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings
  • Business decisions made in reliance on any content, advice, framework, or consultation provided by MEP Business Growth
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content published on our website or delivered in our services
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
  • Actions or omissions of third-party platforms, payment processors, or service providers
  • Any outcome — positive or negative — resulting from implementation of our frameworks or systems

Maximum Liability: In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Testimonials, Case Studies & Advertising Claims

MEP Business Growth may publish or broadcast testimonials, case studies, or outcome examples from contractors who have engaged with our services. These are subject to the following material disclosures required by Meta Advertising Policies, Google Ads Policies, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India):

  • All testimonials reflect the individual experiences of specific contractors under their own unique circumstances.
  • No testimonial or case reference constitutes a representation of typical, average, or expected results for any user of our services.
  • Testimonials are not independently verified and represent the subjective views of the individuals providing them at the time of submission.
  • Any income figures, margin improvements, or financial outcomes referenced in testimonials are those reported by the individual and are not guaranteed to be replicable.
  • Where testimonials are used in our advertising on Meta or Google platforms, they are accompanied by appropriate disclaimers as required by platform policy.

Required Disclaimer: The results described in any testimonial, case study, or example published by MEP Business Growth are specific to the individual involved and depend on their particular circumstances, project types, team capability, and implementation consistency. These results are not typical. Your results may be materially different from those described. No income or outcome guarantee is made or implied.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Our services make use of various third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, for which MEP Business Growth accepts no responsibility:

MEP Business Growth is not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or conduct of any third-party platform. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of those platforms or their services.

Section 14

Termination & Suspension

MEP Business Growth reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any service, programme, or communication channel at any time and without prior notice, in the event of:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to our team or other participants
  • Failure to pay for services as agreed
  • Any activity that we reasonably believe exposes us or others to legal or reputational risk

Upon termination, your right to access our services, materials, and resources will immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, no guarantee of results, and governing law shall survive termination.

You may also terminate your participation in any service or programme by providing written notice to support@mepbusinessgrowth.com. Termination by you does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is governed by Section 9.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

  • Step 1 — Informal Resolution: If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@mepbusinessgrowth.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.
  • Step 2 — Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
  • Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

15.2 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

MEP Business Growth reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page, accompanied by an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice — for example, through a notice on our website or a communication to your registered email address.

Your continued use of any MEP Business Growth service after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when changes were last made.

All grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
