Section 04

Advertising & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses tracking technologies placed by advertising platforms to measure campaign performance and enable targeted advertising. The following tools are active on this Site:

4.1 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel — a JavaScript code provided by Meta Platforms Inc. The Pixel records visitor actions (page views, button clicks, form submissions) and reports this data to Meta to:

  • Measure how many people who saw our Facebook or Instagram ads subsequently visited our website or booked a call.
  • Optimise ad delivery to people statistically more likely to take desired actions.
  • Enable Custom Audience retargeting — displaying our ads to people who have previously visited our site.
  • Enable Lookalike Audiences — reaching new potential customers who share characteristics with our existing website visitors.

Meta Pixel Disclosure (Required by Meta Advertising Policies): By visiting this website, the Meta Pixel may collect your browser identifiers, IP address, and on-site behaviour data and transmit this information to Meta Platforms Inc. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's Data Policy, available at facebook.com/policy.php. You can manage your ad preferences or opt out of personalised advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

4.2 Google Analytics & Google Ads Tag

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Google Ads Conversion Tag to track website traffic and measure how users interact with our advertising campaigns.

  • Google Analytics collects anonymised session data including page views, session duration, traffic sources, and device type.
  • The Google Ads Conversion Tag records when a user completes a valuable action (such as booking a call) after clicking a Google Ad.
  • Google Remarketing tags allow us to show targeted ads to past website visitors across the Google Display Network and YouTube.

Google's data practices are governed by their Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

4.3 WhatsApp

When you join our WhatsApp group via a shared link, your phone number and WhatsApp display name become visible to group administrators and other members. WhatsApp's use of your data is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We use WhatsApp group communication exclusively for webinar updates and programme information — not for unsolicited promotional messages.

  • Advertising Platforms: Anonymised or cryptographically hashed event data (such as hashed email addresses used for Custom Audience matching) is shared with Meta and Google solely for the advertising purposes described in Section 4.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data when required by Indian law, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MEP Business Growth, our clients, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.
